Our products are designed to support natural walking and suitable everyday activities, helping users move more comfortably, confidently and independently.

This guide explains how to use your product safely and outlines the terms applicable to your purchase or rental.

Using Your Product Safely (Purchases and Rentals)

Intended Use

This product is designed to provide movement support during walking and other suitable daily or recreational activities. Please use the product only in accordance with the operating instructions provided.

Not a Medical Device

This is a consumer lifestyle technology product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

Suitable Users

This product is intended for individuals who are able to stand and walk independently.

If you have an existing medical condition or are unsure whether this product is suitable for you, please consult a medical professional before use.

Safe Use

For your safety:

• Read and follow the operating instructions.
• Ensure the product is properly fitted before every use.
• Wear appropriate footwear.
• Use only in safe and suitable environments.
• Stop using the product immediately if you experience discomfort or notice abnormal operation.

Caring for Your Product

Taking good care of your product helps ensure the best performance and extends its service life.

Please:

• Keep the product clean and dry.
• Charge the battery only with the supplied or approved charger.
• Store the product safely when not in use.
• Exercise reasonable care during use.

Normal wear and tear is expected through everyday use. However, you remain responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents or unauthorised modifications.

Please Do Not

• Modify or dismantle the product.
• Attempt unauthorised repairs.
• Use the product in an unsafe or reckless manner.
• Continue using the product if it appears damaged or unsafe.

Your Responsibility

Walking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

Although this product is designed to provide movement support, it cannot eliminate the possibility of slips, trips, falls or other accidents.

Please always exercise good judgement and remain aware of your surroundings.

SECTION 3

If You Purchased Your Product (Purchases)

Payment and Collection

Full payment is required before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership of the product transfers to you upon successful collection or delivery.

Warranty

Your product is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, we will assess the product and, where appropriate, arrange for repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and applicable Singapore consumer protection laws.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper handling or normal wear and tear.

Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference or if you no longer wish to keep the product after purchase.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will first assess whether the product can reasonably be repaired or replaced.

Where repair or replacement is not appropriate, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Singapore consumer protection laws.

SECTION 4

If You Rented Your Product (Rentals)

Rental Period

Your rental begins on the agreed collection or delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.

Rental extensions are subject to product availability and must be approved before the original rental period expires.

Rental Security

Before your rental begins, we may require identity verification and a valid credit or debit card.

Where applicable, we may place a temporary authorisation hold on your payment card.

This is not a charge, and no money will be collected when the hold is placed.

The temporary authorisation serves only as security for the rental and may only be used to recover outstanding rental fees or reasonable charges under this Agreement, including damage beyond fair wear and tear, missing accessories, loss or non-return of the product.

If no such charges arise, the temporary authorisation hold will be released in accordance with the policies of the relevant card issuer and payment provider.

Returning Your Product

Please return the product, battery, charger and all supplied accessories on or before the agreed return date.

Minor cosmetic marks reasonably expected through careful use are considered fair wear and tear and will not normally result in additional charges.

Move It Well reserves the right to assess damage beyond fair wear and tear. Reasonable charges may apply for repairs, replacement of damaged or missing components, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or failure to return the product within the agreed rental period.

All rental products will be inspected before the temporary authorisation hold is released.

Other Important Information (Purchases and Rentals)

Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only for purposes related to providing our products and services, and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Our Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move It Well is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of the product.

Nothing in this guide limits any rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Applicable Law

This guide shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
